We help you with these transitions, such as moving out of one’s home, joining the university, or getting a job are part of everyone’s life.
This service assists participants in ensuring their care and hygiene are always upheld. Participants may be required to complete personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, changing etc.
Travel and transportation assistance comprises assistance that enables participants to develop the capacity to travel independently, such as using a personal vehicle, related aids and equipment, or training to use public transportation alone.
Shared Living Arrangement is an NDIS service that supports individuals with disabilities to live in a shared home with other participants. It involves sharing accommodation, utilities, and support staff to enhance community participation and social inclusion.
We will help you identify community organizations that provide activities you enjoy most and connect with them. We help participants in building skills to participate in their community actively.
We help the participant to encourage personal development and increase opportunities to participate in the community. We assist them in using public transport, developing skills, and performing day-to-day activities.
At Heart Lead Care, we offer household help for disabled individuals, which includes basic cleaning in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and toilets. We take care of all the needs and domestic activities that NDIS participants cannot do independently.
Participation in community activities is one of the NDIS support areas. We all understand the importance of community interaction and how it will help in the development process.
Central based activities are specially designed to meet an individual’s needs and to assist them in finding their “special place” in life, where they feel valued and comfortable within their surroundings.
